How Do You Know That You All Are Not Africans?

How do you know that you all are not Africans?  After all, didn’t you see “Roots”?  Don’t you believe Alex Haley’s historical findings?  It is questions like these that should cause us to dig deeper than what the media and our public schools have taught us.  Please allow me to share a link to a site that gives some little know facts about Alex Haley and “Roots”:  click HERE.

As you see from the link, Mr. Haley was caught in a lie.  Why did he do it?  Why would a movie series that got so much media attention go to such great lengths to deceive the masses?  Is there something being covered up here?  Could satan, being the father of lies and the prince and the power of the air ( and thus the airwaves ) have had an agenda to steer the masses away from the truth?

It is true that the true children of Israel were taken out of Africa into slavery, both in the Islamic slave trade of the 7th century, and the trans-Atlantic slave trade about 1,000 years later.  I heard a Jewish rabbi object to our teaching once, saying that the children of Israel were to be exiled out of the land of Israel, not Africa.  The problem with that objection is that Yahushua the Messiah said that the true children of Israel would be led away captive into all nations ( Lk. 21:24 ).  This is in addition to previous prophecies wherein Yahuah said he would scatter the children of Israel all over the world.

While Rome did take about 97,000 Hebrews as slaves and dispersed them throughout the empire, the majority of them either died in the seige, or escaped into Africa.  According to Josephus, “General Vaspasian and his son Caesar Titus fought against the Jews.  Millions of Jews fled into Africa, among other places, fleeing from Roman persecution and starvation during the siege.” ( The Great Roman-Jewish War: 66-70 ).  Seeing that judgment was pronounced upon that entire generation by Yahushua the Messiah ( Matt. 23:34-36 ), do you believe that those Hebrews that escaped into Africa likewise escaped the judgment of Yahuah?  Do you believe that escaping into Africa exempted them from being led away captive into all nations?

Another thing to consider is that all present-day nations and kingdoms were not present during the time of the Roman siege.  In order for the words of Yahushua to be ultimately fulfilled, “all nations” needed to include the western hemisphere, which at that time had yet to be fully developed as it is today.  Therefore, there is nothing at all in the scriptures that prevents the prophecy of Yahushua from being fulfilled if the children of Israel were to eventually be taken captive out of a land other than the land of Israel.

Concerning the question of African vs. Hebrew ancestry, as I said in another post, the children of Israel were and are to receive the worst punishment of any nation of people for their sins ( Am. 3:1, 2; Rom. 2:9; Lk. 12:47, 48; Mt. 23:33-36; 27:24, 25 ).  The children of Israel throughout history have suffered the covenant-specific curses of Deuteronomy chapter 28.  The scriptures are clear that Yahuah would punish the children of Israel over and above all nations for their sins, therefore He would not have suffered the covenant-specific curses upon non-covenant nations.  While it is true that all men suffer because of sin, and they may even suffer some of the covenant-specific curses, yet only the children of Israel have suffered all of the covenant-specific curses perpetually ( Deut. 28:45, 46 ).

The Africans, which are the sons of Ham, were not in covenant with Yahuah, therefore He did not require of them what he required of the children of Israel.  Even if  we were to conservatively say that there were 50% Africans and 50% Hebrews ( which we do not believe, but for the sake of the gainsayers ) on the slaves ships during the trans-Atlantic slave trade, there were no national distinctions made in mating once arriving to their destinations because they were all classified as “black”.  If someone were purely African when they got off of the boat, their seed certainly would not have stayed “pure” from Hebrew blood over the course of 300-400 years, and likewise those who were purely Hebrew.

The bottom line is that, although there are relatively few “pure” Hebrews in the diaspora world-wide, there was enough “Hebrew” blood in the majority of the slave descendants over the course of 300-400 years to bear the SIGN of suffering the perpetual, covenant-specific curses of Deuteronomy chapter 28.  Selah.
